We will take a scenic raft tour out of Gardiner this July. Can anyone make a recommendation? Is there any real advantage to taking the whole day over the half day?

No personal experience with this outfit yet but I have been considering Wild West Rafting for August.

Mostly because they have a float trip (not whitewater) option that picks up at Chico Hot Springs where we stay. I figure that with one usable arm and no balance floating would be better for my wife than whitewater.
On the whitewater side they have a full day option. They aren%26#39;t real clear about the ';break for lunch'; whether that%26#39;s provided or not. But the Yankee Jim Canyon part, if it is where I am thinking it is between Gardiner and Corwin Springs, looks pretty interesting and that is only in the full day option. Depending on how far they go it would go past Devil%26#39;s Slide. I%26#39;m thinking the fishing access spot at Corwin would make sense as a pull out point.
